Parallel pieces that help each other
Several connections per file, and a connection that finishes early takes over part of the slowest one instead of sitting idle.
Resume that actually resumes
A dropped connection picks up where it stopped. A slow server is not mistaken for a broken one.
Queue and schedule
Set how many run at once, order the rest, and give each weekday its own download hours.
Rules per site
A folder, a connection count and a speed limit for each site, subdomains included.
Speed limits and a data cap
An overall limit, a per-site limit, and a volume ceiling that pauses everything and tells you why.

The browser hands it over
On the Mac, one extension for Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and Opera passes the login cookies along, so files behind a login download too. On Windows, copy a link and TOTEMGet offers to take it.
Ten languages on the Mac
English, Persian, Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Russian and Chinese, with right-to-left languages fully mirrored. The Windows version is in English for now.
What it deliberately does not do
A page that lists only strengths is a page nobody can check.
It is free. There is nothing to unlock.
No analytics, no telemetry, no identifier. The only request the Mac version makes on its own is the update check, which you can switch off.

Is there a Windows version?
Yes. TOTEMGet for Windows is a native Windows app built on the same download engine design, not a port. It is in English for now, has no browser extension yet, and does not update itself yet — new versions are posted on this site.
Why does it need a browser extension?
Files behind a login only download with the browser's cookies. The extension hands them to TOTEMGet on your own computer when a download starts. It is optional.
