The software is ours

TOTEMSurf, TOTEMGet, TOTEMVPN and Touribo were designed and written by Oceanic Consulting VOF. Their source code, the programs we ship, their interface design, icons, artwork, text and documentation are our original work and are protected by copyright in the Netherlands, the European Union and every country of the Berne Convention.

Installing an app gives you a licence to use it under that app's terms. It does not transfer ownership of the app or any part of it.

What is not permitted without our written permission

Copying, modifying, translating or distributing the software, in whole or in part.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling it, except where the law expressly allows this regardless of this notice.
Publishing modified, repackaged or re-signed versions of our apps, or offering them for download anywhere else.
Reproducing our interface design, icons, artwork, screenshots or text in another product.
Using our code, or any part of it, to build another product.

Names and logos

TOTEMSurf, TOTEMGet, TOTEMVPN, Touribo, TOTEM Apps and their logos are trademarks of Oceanic Consulting VOF. They may not be used, nor may names or logos that could be confused with them, for any other product or service.

Open-source components

Some of our apps include open-source components written by others. Those components remain under their own licences, which apply to them in full; nothing on this page limits the rights those licences give you.

Only from us

Our apps are published only on this site and on the update hosts it names. A copy from anywhere else may have been altered. See how to verify a download.
